GROUP SAVER REGISTRATIONS
Get five full conference registrations for the price of four if you register five delegates from the same organisation at the same time. There are no Early Bird rates or late penalties for this offer.

The preferred payment method for online registration is with a Visa or MasterCard. American Express is not accepted.
You may request an invoice when you get to the payment page on the online registration. This invoice is payable by cheque or credit card. A fee of $25 will be charged for an invoice.

Note: The Welcome Reception on Sunday 21 October at 4.00 p.m. is not included in registration fees. However, you may register for this event as part of your online registration. The cost is $25.00.
CANCELLATION and SUBSTITUTIONS POLICY
Requests for cancellations received by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org ) on or before February 18, 2018 will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Requests after February 18 will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. No cancellations will be granted after October 12, 2018.
If you’re unable to attend the conference you may designate someone to attend in your place. Requests must be made by the person registered and received by e-mail on or before October 12, 2018. No substitutions will be granted after October 12, 2018.
LETTERS OF INVITATION
Delegates requiring letters of invitation for Canadian visa purposes (see next item) or for any other reason, please contact the Conference Director, Nick Crofts on email@example.com
INTERNATIONAL DELEGATES (Visas)
International delegates may require a visa to enter Canada. Visit Citizenship and Immigration Canada for a list of countries for which visa restrictions apply and other pertinent information you may require to complete. The visa application can take several months.
Once your registration is paid, you will receive an electronic confirmation of your registration. We will confirm receipt of payment but this does not represent an invitation for visa purposes.
