As the LEPH2018 Convener, CLEPH is honoured to announce Australian Supreme Court Judge, The Honourable Marcia Neave AO; eminent researcher, Professor Clifford Shearing; past Canadian Government Minister and Ambassador, Alan Rock, and Pieter-Jaap Aalbersberg, Chief of Amsterdam Police, have agreed to be Patrons of LEPH2018.
Professor Clifford Shearing and Alan Rock delivered the 2014 and 2016 LEPH Orations respectively and their contribution to this diverse field is immense. LEPH2016 Keynote Speaker, The Honourable Marcia Neave AO, is a former judge in the Supreme Court of Victoria (Australia), Court of Appeal division, from 2006 until her appointment as the chair of the Royal Commission into Family Violence in February 2015. Pieter-Jaap Aalbersberg is Chief of Amsterdam Police, The Netherlands brings national and international policing leadership to LEPH2018, including Head of Mission for the MH17 air disaster.
